Referral Program

PVI rewards those individuals who commit their faith in our company and refers their friends, family and colleagues with exceptional IT Skills. PVI pays the following referral bonuses for candidates that are referred to PVI upon placement on a permanent or contract assignment:

Contract Placements – up to $1,000
$500 paid after the candidate has worked for at least 20 business days and another $500 paid after the candidate has worked for 120 business days.

Permanent Placements – $1,500
Paid after 120 days from the start date.
